The Accelerate Program is designed to cultivate Capgemini’s future leaders. This 18-month program is tailored for driven, ambitious professionals who aspire to grow into impactful leaders and experts.

Ideal candidates should:

Prior consulting experience and proficiency in Swedish are considered merits.
