What to Expect from Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is designed to be transparent, engaging, and mutually valuable. You’ll typically begin with an introductory conversation with our Talent Acquisition team, followed by interviews focused on your experience, aspirations, and potential fit with Capgemini Invent. Depending on the role and level of seniority, you may also meet leaders from our global capability or industry practices. The final stages include reference checks and, when required, background screening. If we decide to move forward together, we’ll conclude the process with an offer discussion, contract signing, and onboarding preparation.
