Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven)

This statement describes how Capgemini Norway is working with the Transparency Act to ensure that human rights and decent working conditions is taken care of in own operations and in the supply chain

The Capgemini Group’s greatest asset is its people. Since its foundation in 1967, the Capgemini Group has conducted its business on an ethical foundation, encouraging and enabling its employees and suppliers to operate within the same principled framework.

Capgemini Norway is committed to preserving human rights and decent working conditions. We do not accept that it is necessary for grave human rights abuses such as forced and compulsory labour, slavery, servitude, and human trafficking to be part of today’s modern business and supply chains.
