As a SAFe Practice Consultant-T (SPCT), Thomas in charge of the adoption of Lean Agile principles in large organizations. He has led and still leads large-scale Lean Agile transformation for the automotive, energy and public sectors. His role as a senior consultant and his operational successes allow him to accompany executive leaders and managers in the definition and execution of their Lean Agile transformation. 20% of his annual time dedicated to SAFe training, Thomas is part of the Capgemini training team which allows to meet both Capgemini and customers needs. Thomas is also a Doctor Business Administration Student (DBA) at GEM Grenoble Ecole Management, and a lecturer for the Exectuvie MBA of IESEG School of Management and for the engineering cycle of the Université Technologique de Troyes.

I joined Capgemini in November 2016 as a Software Engineer Degree Apprentice. In January 2022 I moved into the Architecture Group as a Solution Architect for a Public Sector client. Throughout my seven years at Capgemini my focus has been in data, developing and designing solutions to improve how data is stored and processed to enable the best use. I am now studying for a Masters in Enterprise Architecture.
