I started my career as a developer and had been working in the field for over three years before joining Capgemini in the beginning of 2022. One of the key reasons I joined Capgemini was the opportunity to participate in the Accelerate program, which allowed me to grow towards becoming a cloud expert alongside my role as a developer and consultant. Additionally, Capgemini’s strong focus on diversity and inclusion resonated with me, as I am passionate about increasing female representation in the tech industry. Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

Currently, I am working as a developer for a client in the public transportation sector. My daily tasks involve collaborating with my team to analyze requirements, design solutions, develop features, and conduct testing. We work in an agile environment where teamwork and collaboration are essential. We often engage in pair programming and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure high-quality solutions.

How are you working towards the future you want?

In addition to my technical role, I actively contribute to initiatives that promote diversity in tech, particularly in advocating for better gender balance. By taking on new challenges and staying engaged in both technical and social aspects of my work, I am shaping a future where I can contribute meaningfully to both technology and inclusivity in the industry.
