I began my career in the Shipping Industry, focusing on marketing and business development. After holding various positions in administration and logistics in Oslo, I decided to return to my hometown of Fredrikstad. I identified Capgemini as a local company of interest and joined as a Service Delivery Manager in October 2008. Since then, I have held various roles at Capgemini, including project and service management, leadership and people management, facility management, staffing, and recruiting. Currently, I am working as a Service Delivery Manager for two clients in the defense and public sector.

What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini?

I was in contact with a local recruitment company that spoke highly of Capgemini. After the interview, I felt it was an excellent match, both in terms of the international network and local presence in Fredrikstad. Additionally, the Application Management services and client base seemed very interesting. I believed this was a place where I could develop and gain a lot of relevant experience.

What makes you passionate about your work?

My passion lies in people and teamwork. I am continually amazed by what we can achieve by leveraging individuals’ strengths and various competencies. All for the benefit of our clients.

How are you working towards the future you want?

Capgemini has always provided me with opportunities for personal and professional development, taking into account various life stages with different needs and capabilities.

How do you notice Capgemini’s efforts to create an inclusive environment?

This is one of the strongest benefits of working at Capgemini. In everyday work, both management and employees are engaged and concerned about each other, treating everyone with respect.
