In 2022, I joined Capgemini as a graduate, and I now work as an Applications Consultant. I hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing and after graduating I transitioned into a team lead role at the same workplace where I had worked part-time during my studies. After three years in that position, I decided to pursue my long-standing interest in technology and made a career shift towards IT. This led me to complete a master’s degree in IT abroad, which provided both technical depth and an international perspective. My background across different disciplines and industries allows me to approach challenges with a unique blend of business insight and technical understanding, helping clients achieve meaningful results through digital transformation.

My role constantly challenges me to stay curious and adaptable. Whether it’s solving complex technical problems, understanding client needs, communicating new ideas/changes, or navigating evolving technologies, I’m always learning and growing.

How are you working towards the future you want?

I’m investing in continuous learning, both through formal training and hands-on experience. I actively seek projects that stretch my capabilities and allow me to build expertise in areas like Generative AI and digital transformation.
