Strategy and transformation

If you are passionate about something, there is always an opportunity to explore it at Capgemini.

I have built a career in business development and leadership over the past decade. I have worked across various industries and thrive as a competent team leader, astute business developer, and reliable project manager. My core expertise includes management consulting, business development, and project management.

What aspects of Capgemini’s values resonate most with you?

I have all the seven values as a screensaver on my laptop. They give me a backbone to stand on, to navigate how I should conduct myself as an employee of Capgemini and how to represent the company. I understand the importance of having seven values, as each one plays a crucial role and their significance can vary at different stages of life. Currently, the value that resonates most with me is team spirit and fun. These two combined create a more interesting day in my opinion.

Can you describe the work culture and environment at Capgemini?

At Capgemini, there is a great deal of flexibility. They allow you to decide how to structure your daily life, whether you prefer working from home or the office. If you are passionate about something, there is always an opportunity to explore it at Capgemini.

The office environment is very welcoming. People enjoy coming to the office because of the friendly and open-minded colleagues. Initiatives like breakfast on Wednesdays and fika on Fridays create a warm atmosphere and encourage people to come in.

What opportunities for learning and development have you found most valuable at Capgemini?

Capgemini’s slogan is: “Get the future you want.” The learning and development      opportunities are many. They offer widely recognized certifications that are in demand in the market. If you want to grow and learn, there are countless possibilities available.

How do you see Capgemini promoting diversity and inclusivity in its workplace culture?

Capgemini is open and works hard for diversity and inclusion. Which I admire. They take a stand that everyone is welcome as they are. This is how it should be. But I have also seen that it’s something others say but don’t do. There’s a significant difference between saying you’ll do something and actually doing it. In Capgemini you see it in action.

What is the best thing about Capgemini?

Capgemini, being a large international company, is structured in a way that offers numerous opportunities for development and learning. I like the diversity, you learn so much from people all over the world. The culture and possibilities combined make it a great place to work.
