I initially started my career at Sogeti before transitioning to Business Technology Solutions as a consultant, working as a project manager. I have had the privilege of working with different clients in different industries, both locally and globally. My industry experience is mostly within Retail, but also varies between Financial Services, TMT, Travel and Transportation. I have a background in program and project management, agile methodology, change management and test management. 

What aspects of Capgemini’s values or culture attracted you to apply for a position here?

How does your work challenge you?   

My work challenges me by demanding high pace and swift decision-making in the projects I am working on. The responsibility of delivering on tight deadlines pushes me to enhance my project manager skillset. Being a consultant also requires me to analyze and solve complex problems, collaborate with diverse teams, and deliver under high pressure, constantly challenging me to be adaptable in a dynamic environment.  

How are you working towards the future you want?   

I am actively working towards the future I want by seeking out leadership opportunities and continuously taking on more responsibilities within my role. Additionally, I am committed to furthering my professional development by enrolling in courses offered by Capgemini. These efforts are helping me build the skills and experience necessary to advance my career and achieve my long-term goals within the company.
