I joined Capgemini in 2021 and started my career through the Ignite graduate program in project management. Initially, I worked on a project in the Consumer Products & Retail Industry sector, but I’ve since moved into the Energy Transition and Utilities sector. Since I started, I have taken on roles such as PMO, team lead, and Scrum Master. These roles involve coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams, motivating team members, managing project timelines and resources, and ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations.

What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini?

I decided to join Capgemini because of the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for clients, along with the company’s commitment to individual growth and diverse career paths. What makes you passionate about your work?

I find great motivation in seeing progress and tangible results, which drives my passion for my work. I thrive on collaborating with clients to drive transformation and help teams reach their goals by defining effective ways of working. Mentoring others and sharing knowledge is important to me, as I enjoy learning from my colleagues and contributing to their growth. The continuous exchange of ideas and experiences keeps me engaged and inspired to grow both personally and professionally.
