I have worked at Capgemini for 11 years and have broad experience from the consultancy business. I have contributed to safe and stable SAP solutions for important customers within the Oil and Gas industry. My former experience from earlier employment has also given me a genuine interest in IT security. I am now heading up as Managing Consultant.

What makes you passionate about your work?

The feeling of making a difference and being heard are two important factors for me. Sharing my knowledge and experience with others and also receiving advice and help from colleagues makes me energized and passionate about my work.

How are you working towards the future you want?

By collaborating with colleagues to get more insight into the responsibilities and opportunities which lie ahead. I also have good mentors who help me see the future potential. Another thing I have learned in this company is to cease the chances whenever they appear. You only regret the chances you didn’t take.

What do you do to help inspire your consultants?

I have met a lot of different people who have been Capgemini consultants for several years now. I encourage my consultants to meet and connect with others in Capgemini with an open mind and without prejudice. That’s often where true inspiration comes from. We have so many experienced and talented people, and I always recommend using our network as a source of learning and motivation.
