Unleash your cloud potential 

Accelerate is our commitment to support talented and highly motivated consultants in becoming cloud services and technologies experts, to rapidly deliver business value through cloud technology. Through12 months of extensive training, you will develop multiple skills you needed to become a cloud expert. 

This program provides accelerated upskilling and networking. We focus on the cloud platforms provided by Microsoft and Amazon and additional high demand cloud technologies. You will expand your knowledge in multiple areas: 

  • Cloud specific technologies (Azure / AWS) 
  • Cloud agnostic technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform 
  • Advanced software engineering design 
  • Security, infrastructure, and architecture 
  • Business, consulting, and leadership 

A solid foundation to accelerate your career 

Do you have at least two years of experience working within development, DevOps or cloud engineering area and want to become one of our next experts in Cloud Development or Cloud Platform Engineering? If your answer is yes, the Accelerate program will help you unleash your cloud potential.

Admission for Accelerate 2023 is now closed. Applications for Accelerate 2024 will open in June 2023 for Capgemini employees. To be eligible for applying to the Accelerate program, you should first apply to one of our open positions.
