Sarika Naik has been Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer of the Capgemini Group and a Member of the Group Executive Committee since April  2024.

Prior to this, from 2017, Sarika was the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chairperson for Diversity & Inclusion at Capgemini in India. She has nearly two and half decades of rich and diverse industry experience, combining global marketing, sales, and corporate functions.

As CMO for Capgemini in India, Sarika was instrumental in elevating the brand’s presence among clients, employees, and across the industry. Her strategic initiatives have significantly contributed to enhancing Capgemini’s reputation and market positioning. Furthermore, she actively shaped the organization’s diversity practices, committed to building a more inclusive workplace.

Sarika led the Center Head Organisation (CHO) at Capgemini in India, creating a uniform, sustainable, and scalable experience for all stakeholders—both internal (175,000+ employees) and external—across all locations.

Before joining Capgemini, Sarika held various leadership roles, including Global Head of Marketing for the Infrastructure and Cloud Computing business and Customer Experience Head for Dell Services in India. Prior to Dell, she spent over 15 years at Wipro, where she contributed across sales, process excellence, customer advocacy, and marketing for Global Infrastructure Services and Wipro InfoTech. Additionally, at Wipro InfoTech, Sarika served as the Ombudsperson and Head of PSHC (Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee).

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management. Sarika is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and certified career coach.
