I have delivered more than hundred business process in the largest public bank in Brazil in the last five years and efficiently managed their value chain and improved back-office results in many business areas.
I have structured several project management processes and applying agile practices along last years. In Capgemini, I am involved in Lean Foundations Framework implantation and also in Engagement Managers formation program in Brazil.
