I help my customers to deploy ambitious transformation programs, based on Lean management principles, but with an “augmented methodology” relying on digital technologies: – datavisualization (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.) and analytics (R, Python, etc.) to improve and accelerate our Lean diagnostics – digital visual management tools (like i-Obeya) to transform the meeting framework and the client management system – automation (and especially Robotic Process Automation, RPA) to simplify processes and help client teams to focus on real added-value operations.
