Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini Invent look like?

As Senior Director – Head of Business Technology, Enterprise Data & Analytics Switzerland, my role involves leading large-scale data and technology transformations across industries such as FMCG, life sciences, and manufacturing. I manage a team of over 25 on-site consultants while integrating our global colleagues, driving strategic advisory and execution. My day is a blend of C-level advisory, technology strategy development, and hands-on leadership of transformative AI, cloud, and data initiatives. From aligning GenAI adoption strategies with business goals to shaping enterprise data management programs, I work at the intersection of technology, innovation, and business impact. A typical day includes client meetings, strategic planning, and fostering partnerships with major technology players like Microsoft and Google Cloud to drive data-driven value for Swiss enterprises.

Additionally, Capgemini Invent’s commitment to sustainability aligns closely with my personal values, making it an inspiring place to work.

How are you working towards the future you want?

I focus on continuous learning, innovation, and leadership development to stay ahead of industry trends. My approach includes:

  • Driving AI and data thought leadership, contributing to white papers, industry discussions, and frameworks such as GenAI adoption models and AI factory concepts.
  • Building strategic alliances with cloud providers and AI leaders to ensure clients stay ahead in digital transformation.
  • Mentoring the next generation of technology leaders, fostering an inclusive and diverse consulting community.
  • Investing in my personal growth through board advisory roles, certifications, and research collaborations with institutions like Imperial College Business School and the University of St. Gallen.
