Agenda

12.15-13.00

13.00-13.10

13.10-13.30

Engineering must work in constrained environments (both process and product), manage a broad spectrum of digital continuity, and implement understood levels of correctness and assurance. Implementing AI at scale in this space presents significant challenges because of AI’s opaque and greedy nature, its limited modality (when contrasted with digital continuity in the engineering domain), and its probabilistic nature. Bridging the gap from the technological promise to the ‘at scale’ engineered value is not easy. We must adjust the ‘natural vectors’, but if we do, then the path to value can be unlocked.

Speaker:

  • Andy Vickers, CTO AI & Vice President, Capgemini Engineering

13.30-13.50

Examine how Generative AI can significantly improve research and development in the life sciences sector. Highlighting how AI-driven innovation can speed up drug discovery, tailor medical treatments, and optimize clinical trials. The goal is to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and transform life sciences R&D by harnessing the power of Generative AI.

Speaker:

  • Per Hillertz, Director M&A IT, IT Site Lead AstraZeneca

13.50-14.10

s AI continues to transform industries, strategically identifying and prioritizing opportunities becomes crucial.
