#addher – Sweden’s largest network for women in IT

#AddHer is as a network for women in IT and tech, aiming to enhance gender diversity in an industry where women constitute approximately 30% of professionals.

Our commitment lies in taking practical measures to challenge notions that women are absent or lack expertise in the IT/tech realm. Recognizing the importance of gender balance in our industry, we have made substantial investments to foster greater participation and representation. The primary objective of #addher is to empower women within IT and tech to take on diverse roles, while also drawing more women into the industry.

Launched in 2010, #addher has undergone exponential growth, emerging as one of Sweden’s largest networks for women in IT/Tech. Local gatherings, featuring a blend of cutting-edge technology discussions and inspirational sessions, form a core aspect of our activities. National events further enrich our offerings.

At #addher, we encourage both our members and industry associates to spotlight their female colleagues within our dedicated LinkedIn groups. This platform serves to aggregate their expertise and visibility, facilitating connections for those seeking talented women for events, projects, networks, and even board or management positions.

We have a mentorship initiative where you can either become a mentor or an adept for 5 months.

Next round start 3 February 2025 and ends 30 June 2025. Apply before 26 January.

In a true #addher spirit we want to highlight amazing IT & Tech women across Sweden. Together we provide visibility and put the spotlight on Sweden’s IT & Tech women that stand out.
