I joined Capgemini Insights & Data as a data analyst in 2022, bringing with me a strong background in data science. Prior to my employment, I worked as a university demonstrator and IT instructor, where I gained valuable mentor and leadership experience. I have also contributed to the academic field, having published an article at the 2021 4th Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing Conference (AICCC ’21), focusing on anomaly detection and machine learning. In my current role as a senior data analyst and people manager, I combine my technical expertise with team leadership to deliver data-driven solutions and drive innovation across projects.

What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini?

I decided to apply to Capgemini because I was looking for an environment that values both technical expertise and diversity. I was keen to join a company that works on challenging projects with a broad range of clients, where I could contribute and grow professionally. Capgemini’s strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions was also a key factor in my decision to join.

What makes you passionate about your work?

What excites me about my work is using data-driven insights and innovative technology. Every project brings unique challenges that motivate me to apply my knowledge in new ways. Additionally, seeing the tangible impact of our work on clients success is incredibly fulfilling, as it strengthens the value of the work we do.

How do you share your knowledge and know-how with your consultants?

Capgemini fosters a collaborative learning environment, providing us consultants with opportunities to contribute and share our knowledge. We have various events that encourage us to share, learn, ask questions, and discuss solutions. Additionally, I leverage Capgemini’s knowledge-sharing platforms to make resources, best practices, and learnings from past projects easily accessible to everyone.

What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?

My advice would be to embrace the diversity and opportunities for learning that come with being part of Capgemini. Don’t hesitate to ask questions, seek out mentorship, and take on new challenges that will help you grow. Also, make the most of the team-oriented atmosphere—there’s a lot of knowledge available, and by sharing it with others, you’ll not only grow your own skills but also help the team succeed.
