I joined Capgemini in August 2023 after earning a bachelor’s degree in computer science. During my studies, I also worked part-time as a software developer, which gave me valuable hands-on experience and helped me prepare for my professional career.

Starting out as a full stack developer, I have since contributed to several projects across different sectors, solving challenging technical problems and continuously developing my technical skills. Over time, I have aimed not only to deliver solutions but also to grow into the role of a trusted advisor for clients and colleagues.

What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini?

I chose Capgemini for several reasons. The Ignite program stood out to me as an excellent opportunity for young professionals to accelerate their development, and at the same time, I was drawn to Capgemini’s global presence, diverse community, and significant impact on technological innovation. The chance to be part of a company that both shapes and drives digital transformation on a worldwide scale was an important factor in my decision.

How does your work challenge you?

What challenges me in my work is the combination of solving complex technical problems while also adapting to different industries and client needs. Each project comes with its own unique environment, which pushes me to quickly understand new domains, learn new technologies, and think beyond the technical aspects.

Capgemini supports my development in several ways. First, I have the opportunity to work alongside highly competent colleagues who challenge me and share their expertise, which helps me grow on a daily basis.
