What is the frog Accelerate Programme Pathway?

The frog pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented graduates who are passionate about creating memorable customer experiences by imagining and building experiences, products, and businesses that disrupt the status quo, win hearts, and realise the future. frog is a leading global creative consultancy, part of Capgemini Invent. Partnering with passionate leaders and visionary entrepreneurs, we apply creativity, strategy, design and data to re-invent businesses, drive growth and orchestrate customer centric transformation.

The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:

  • The Institute (circa 3 months)
  • The Academy (circa 18 months)

Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at frog (Capgemini Invent) within a feed-back rich environment, you will then move into the Academy phase of the Accelerate Programme.

Within the frog Academy, you’ll join one of our craft teams. They are communities that bring together like-minded frogs who share a common passion, set of skills & experiences to help you develop further & flourish. These are:

The Focus of Your Role

As an Associate Consultant you will embark on a stimulating and exciting journey where you will develop key skills that influence how our clients evolve the way they work, perform, and achieve their goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work on large scale transformation programmes. You will ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability and delivering innovative solutions for clients.

Depending on your craft, the day-to-day tasks can vary from working with clients to designing innovative strategies and propositions in areas such as customer engagement strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), loyalty, marketing, content, commerce, service transformation and innovation, and testing these new designs with the right user research methodology through to assessing enabling technologies and platforms to bring the new designs to life.

For all crafts within the frog Academy, we welcome applicants with the following skills:

  • A natural curiosity in topics such as customer & business strategy, content and marketing strategy, customer relationship management and loyalty, commerce, service design, product development, UI & Design Systems
  • A passion for great customer experiences and emerging technology with an understanding of the importance in putting the customer at the heart of new solutions to solve client problems
  • An interest and/or experience in our target sectors: Retail, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Public Sector, Energy & Utilities, Travel & Transport (incl. Automotive), and Telco & Media
  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment alongside senior client stakeholders to articulate the value of the customer, their behaviours and motivations as a key part of any business’ growth and transformation strategy

At Capgemini Invent, although academics form part of our overall hiring decision, we do not select candidates purely on academic performance. We will assess your suitability for a role using several tools including video interviewing and assessment centres (all currently being held virtually).

When you enter the frog Academy, a heavy emphasis is placed on your development and being able to learn a variety of skills, Craft-led expertise, and our frog essentials in a multitude of environments.

  • Business Methodologies, Customer platforms & Accreditations

  • Adobe Business Practitioner
  • Salesforce Accreditation

As an Innovation Strategist, you will be helping our clients define propositions, identify new business opportunities to unlock investment.

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be helping our clients develop and activate their audiences and content across multiple channels and at all stages of the customer journey.

As a User Researcher, you will be supporting our clients design and re-imagine end-to-end customer, member, and employee experiences.

As an Operating Model Strategist, you will be helping our clients evolve and redefine their business capabilities, processes and operating model so that they can better serve their customers and stay ahead of the game.

As a Commercial Analyst, you will be helping our clients articulate the value case of new propositions and customer engagement models so the right investments are made.

As a Technical Analyst, you will be helping our clients manage the delivery of products and experiences by gathering technical requirements and business analysis.
