frog part of Capgemini Invent Entry Route

This entry route is for applicants who wish to provide a preference to align to the Frog Academy once The Institute has been completed.

In addition to the entry specifics listed here, for this entry route we require applicants to have a passion for creating memorable customer experiences – designing new customer propositions, cross-channel experiences and enabling them through the right technology and business capabilities. On entry to the frog Design Academy, individuals will have day-to-day tasks that can vary from working with clients to design innovative strategies and propositions in areas such as customer engagement strategy, Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM), loyalty, marketing and content execution and service transformation, testing these new designs with the right user research methodology through to assessing enabling technologies and platforms to bring the new designs to life.

We require individuals for this entry route to have:

  • Natural curiosity in topics such as brand strategy, design and performance, content and marketing strategy, customer experience and loyalty, customer relationship management, customer/user research and insights
  • Interest and/ or experience in our target sectors: Consumer Products & Retail, Financial Services & Insurance, Public Sector, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing Automotive & Life Sciences (MALS), Media and Telecommunications (TMT)
  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment alongside senior client stakeholders to articulate the value of the customer, their behaviours and motivations as a key part of any business’ growth and transformation strategy
