Corporate Experience
entry route

Manchester – April 2025

What is the Accelerate Corporate Experience Pathway?

The Corporate Experience (CE) pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented individuals, passionate about helping organisations structure their operations and devise winning sustainable strategies across a range of industries. Our core capabilities address end-to-end corporate and technology-focused transformations, from strategy through to operating model.

The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:

  • The Institute (circa 3 months)
  • The Academy (circa 18 months)

Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feed-back rich environment.

Following your time in The Institute, you will join the Corporate Experience Academy. The team structure of the Corporate Experience Academy is as follows:

The Focus of Your Role

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll embark on an exciting and impactful journey, developing key skills that influence how our clients evolve their ways of working and achieve their goals. Our engagements can be end-to-end or focused around one of our core capabilities. Your day-to-day tasks may include designing cutting-edge operating models, commercial modelling or facilitating workshops.

What you will need

We are looking for candidates with an interest in our core capabilities, who are eager to kickstart a career in an environment where they can drive change. We are keen to hear from graduates, as well as candidates with work experience from internships, placement years, or in early careers.

Ideally, you will have some or all of the following:

  • Natural curiosity in end-to-end corporate transformations and an inquisitive approach to learn about our core capabilities
  • A strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment alongside senior client stakeholders to articulate the value of transformations
  • The ability to communicate in a concise and effective way with colleagues and clients
  • A logical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive approach in contributing to the team’s objectives, collaborating outstandingly to achieve common goals
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced work environment

At Capgemini Invent, although academics form part of our overall hiring decision, we do not select candidates purely on academic performance. We will assess your suitability for a role using several tools including video interviewing and assessment centres (all currently being held virtually).

When you enter the Corporate Experience Academy, there is a heavy emphasis on your development and being able to learn a variety of skills in a multitude of environments.
