Connected products

Technology and connectivity are redefining product potential

This is enabling new business models, and transforming the user experience across every industry, from automotive with connected and autonomous cars, to med tech with remote health monitoring, to smart home services and more.

As products become increasingly connected, companies need to shift to intelligent ecosystems that prioritize ongoing customer relationships and where the physical device is only one of the delivery components. This requires rethinking the way they define, develop, manufacture, distribute, and support products.

We have extensive expertise and accelerators to help organizations develop connected products while balancing desirability, viability, sustainability, and feasibility for optimal cashflow results.

Capturing hearts and revenues

Businesses that have taken advantage of fully connected products are realizing tremendous financial gains and reporting improved customer experience, reduced cost of servicing, and accelerated research and development.

We enable these outcomes by:

  • Aligning the monetization models with the user journeys,
  • Leveraging physical and digital multi-disciplinary teams of experts along with the relevant industry partnerships,
  • Supporting the new product introduction, MVP launch, and scaling activities.

Our innovative approach to connected products enables enthusiastic user adoption and fast time-to-market, leading to increased revenue.
