Søren Luplau-Pagh appointed Managing Director of Capgemini in Denmark

Copenhagen, Denmark, April 15, 2024 – Capgemini today announced the appointment of Søren Luplau-Pagh as Managing Director of Capgemini in Denmark, effective April 15, 2024. He brings over 20 years of experience in technology consulting across both corporate and start-up environments.

Søren Luplau-Pagh has extensive leadership experience with Danish technology consulting companies.

Before joining Capgemini in Denmark, Søren was Group CEO and partner at the Danish Microsoft partner, VENZO, for more than six years.

Since 2001 he has held several senior leadership positions, including almost 10 years as Senior Vice President at NNIT A/S from 2007 to 2017, Novo Nordisk’s former IT services arm.

Søren joins Capgemini with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development across consulting and IT services, with a particular focus on digital transformation in the pharma industry.

Søren Luplau-Pagh holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School along with strategy and leadership education certifications from Harvard Business School, London Business School and the University of Copenhagen.
