IGNITE Graduate Program

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When joining IGNITE, you choose a career path – a customized education and development program to build your skills in the field of your choice. It’s an aggregate of teacher-led training, certifications, and self-study from a wide range of educational materials that will boost your role as an associate consultant at Capgemini. You’ll also apply your learning and gain immediate experience on customer assignments at our biggest clients. And, of course, there will be many team-building activities with your close-knit group of IGNITE colleagues.

IGNITE is not a traditional graduate program. Instead, we offer a custom-made journey towards becoming a fully qualified consultant. You’ll also have an opportunity to share your experiences with a huge network of like-minded peers from all over Scandinavia – and getting the future you want!

While the IGNITE Graduate Program includes structured training sessions and professional development opportunities, much of the time is spent on regular work tasks and contributing to real projects. This hands-on experience is essential for developing practical skills and learning in a real-world context.

At Capgemini, we offer a wide range of career opportunities within our global organization. You’ll have the chance to explore different areas and practices, and there is the possibility to shift your focus or relocate to different teams. We’re committed to supporting your growth and helping you find the best path specifically for you.
