Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini Invent look like?

In my role as a Consultant in IT Strategy, I focus on Technology Strategy, IT Operating Models, and Digital Transformation Programs. My days are a blend of analytical problem-solving, strategic thinking, and client collaboration. I often lead key workstreams, conduct stakeholder interviews, design operating models, and contribute to the development of strategic recommendations. I’m also increasingly involved in coaching junior team members and ensuring the quality of our deliverables. Working alongside a talented team and supportive leadership makes every project an opportunity to grow, both professionally and personally.
