During the Impact Together Month 2023, we joined forces with women++, a Swiss non-profit association committed to increasing gender diversity in the tech industry in Switzerland. Some employees of Capgemini Switzerland worked during 6 weeks as mentors for this initiative designed to attract women to the tech industry.

"Take Pride, Take Action"

As a company committed to creating an inclusive and sustainable future for our planet, our people and society, we have made strides in supporting the LGBT+ community with our internal OutFront community, and Pride Month.

Clean-up days

We have been taking part in mountain waste collection days, organized by the NGO Summit Foundation, to clean up litter and protect our Swiss mountains from pollution.

Safe water for all

Capgemini Switzerland has been helping to provide safe water to schools in Haiti (20 schools representing over 5,000 children) and rural remote families in Ethiopia with start-up Fonto de Vivo and NGOs.

Swiss Future Day 2022

In November we welcomed grade 5 to 7 schoolchildren to our offices to discover user experience (UX) through interactive workshops on marketing and sustainability. They built prototypes with spaghetti and marshmallows, and left with the knowledge that technology comes from and through people, whatever their background.
