Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

I am working in Capgemini over 19 years and have performed multiple delivery roles. Currently, I am playing the role of a Delivery Executive, for a large Insurance client in Switzerland. In this role we have performed large Cloud and Data transformation project and provide 24*7 Application and Platform support service. Every day is a new story, filled with challenges and working outside the comfort zone.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

The Best thing to work at Capgemini is the large workforce which has diverse skills, culture and yet together to deliver the best results to our clients. For me, its been a pleasure to learn from skilled and talented leaders, peers and colleagues. Everyday I get to learn new things and still continuing. 

What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini Switzerland? 

My advice would be, to look at your long term career at Capgemini, where you will get to learn and evolve yourself. Don’t be scared to make mistakes and learn from the mistakes. There are leaders who will help you and mentor you in your journey.
