Could you please give us an insight into your role and area of operations?

Being a Talent Acquisition Manager I am a part time matchmaker and parttime detective. I work closely with our sales and EUMs to identify and understand incoming opportunities/hiring needs after which I am off to hunt down the best talent for Capgemini! In my function, I have the pleasure of often being the first person candidates meet at the company, and as we all know, first impressions are key! I accompany my candidates throughout the recruitment process, and if all goes well, I get to do my favorite part of the job – calling people to announce that we would love to welcome them to the team!

How do you think is it important to the success of Capgemini in Switzerland?

My team is directly responsible for bringing the right people to Capgemini. Along with our lovely colleagues in marketing, we get to be brand ambassadors, spread the word, and help people advance their careers!

Could you describe the main requirements of your client(s) and the solution we are providing?

We are looking for the best talent available on the market! Day in and day out me and my team scour CVs to connect the right people with the right opportunities for us, and our clients.

What are your top three to five priorities in the coming year?

  1. Increase brand awareness in my network.
  2. Get a more in depth understanding of industry trends.
  3. Having fun😊

What do you see as the key challenges that we may face in this area?

The market is tough! We are all competing for the best people on the market and work on tight deadlines. Our biggest challenge is setting ourselves apart from the competition to make sure that the most coveted candidates see us as the top employer and the place to be. Once again – a special mention our marketing team who help us with this every single day.
