Bring Women Back to Work, an initiative to support women on extended career breaks to re-integrate the workplace
Locally, we aim to encourage diversity and empower women within the Tech (or Technology) landscape. Recently. Capgemini Switzerland supported the Bring Women Back to Work program, launched by our strategic partner Salesforce.
The program has several ambitions such as, increasing women coverage in Tech, offering them the opportunity to upskill through Salesforce trainings & certifications, and find job opportunities adapted to their personal situation, for a better balance between professional and private life.
Thanks to a 12 months cycle with trainings, mentoring, networking and certification, this program offers a strong career ramp up with a boost of confidence.
At Capgemini Switzerland, we were pleased to welcome our first new joiner through this program in January 2021.
