• Integrated an ERP/HCM platform with an internal recruiting system and third-party partner systems using out-of-the-box Oracle integration technologies
• Replaced the Talentwise system with Oracle Taleo onboarding and offer-management applications
• Delivered Capgemini’s Oracle Cloud Service Advantage solution and CloudNow Transform methodology
