The Center operates on a Product Oriented Delivery (POD) service model. It employs cross-skilled and scalable PODs to mange the full development lifecycle for clients – offering end-to-end delivery of systems, services, and solutions.

PODs bring a range of knowledge to each project, including:

  • AWS and GCP full-stack development with React, Node, JavaScript, Java, Python, .Net, C#, and more
  • AWS and GCP DevOps
  • Cloud integration and application architecture
  • SQL and NoSQL design, development, and maintenance
  • Amazon Connect
  • Google Apigee.

The Center’s PODs integrate fully with each client’s team. In addition, the Center’s base in Nashville, Tennessee, allows the client’s team to collaborate closely with the Center throughout the workday. When a project requires scaling or special technologies or skills, the Center is able to call upon Capgemini’s global resources.

The team: experience plus energy

Experienced Capgemini technology professionals manage the Nashville Delivery Center, overseeing more than 400 developers – primarily graduates of computer science and computer information systems programs in the US Southeast.

Capgemini works with a number of colleges to develop academic curricula that help students acquire top-tier digital skills – then actively recruits from these schools through a number of initiatives. This provides clients not only with high-quality talent but also fresh ideas and enthusiasm for their projects.

The Nashville Delivery Center’s key academic partners include the University of Tennessee Knoxville, The University of Alabama, and Auburn University. In addition, the Center recruits talent from universities across the United States.
