Capgemini’s returnship program is designed for experienced tech professionals who took a career break and are looking to reintegrate into the workforce. Whether you stepped away for two or 20 years, we want to offer you the support and training to help you return to work. Our program includes eight weeks of paid, benefit-eligible training with direct hire upon completion of the program, as well as a dedicated mentor through the whole journey and beyond.

Who is eligible?

Anyone who has taken a career break for more than two years and has prior technology-focused experience.
