Rosemary Stark

Rosemary Stark was appointed Group Strategic Accounts Program Leader on January 1st, 2021. She has been a member of the Group Executive Committee since May 2017.

Prior to becoming Group Strategic Accounts Program Leader, Rosemary was the Group’s Chief Sales Officer from 2017 to 2020. Before this, Rosemary led Capgemini’s Financial Services business in the UK and Ireland from 2015.

During her 20+ years at Capgemini, Rosemary has held various leadership roles including heading Capgemini’s UK banking business and prior to that, Capgemini’s Application Management and Financial Services businesses in Scotland. Throughout this time Rosemary and her team delivered a number of large programs covering retail banking, multi-channel sales performance, product development, post-merger integration and customer service improvement.

Rosemary specializes in developing senior client relationships and ensuring the delivery of complex programs to support business transformation.

Prior to joining Capgemini Rosemary was an economic analyst in the UK public sector.
