Jean-Philippe Bol

Head of Capgemini’s Operations Transformation & Industrialization
Member of the Group Executive Board

Jean-Philippe Bol was appointed the Head of Capgemini’s Operations Transformation & Industrialization in January 2021. He has been a member of the Group Executive Board since July 2018.

Prior to this, from July 2019, Jean-Philippe was CEO of the Americas & Asia Pacific Strategic Business Unit and between January 2017 and July 2019, CEO of the Cloud & Infrastructure Services Global Business Line.

Between 2013 and 2016, he served in the Application Services Two business (which covered France, Benelux, Nordics, Germany and Central Europe, and Southern Europe), first as Deputy Head (at which point he was also a Member of the Group Executive Committee), then as COO in charge of all operations. He managed transformation programs that reinforced the leadership of Capgemini in the European market.

In 2008, Jean-Philippe was appointed CEO of Application Services in France (comprising 8,000 employees). He also built Capgemini Morocco, which is today a strong asset for French customers.
Jean-Philippe joined Capgemini in 1990 where he initially ran major programs in the utilities sector. He was then promoted Head of the Utilities, Manufacturing & Retail sectors for France, followed by COO of the systems integration French business unit.
