Karine Brunet

Karine Brunet has been Capgemini’s Chief Operations and Delivery Officer since January 2026, at which point she also joined the Group Executive Board.
 
Prior to this, from 2024 Karine served as CEO of Capgemini’s Cloud Infrastructure Services, following a tenure as its COO from 2019. She joined the Group Executive Committee in July 2023.
 
Karine has a strong track record in managing large transformation and infrastructure businesses.
 
Before joining Capgemini, Karine spent six years at Vodafone as the Technology Services Director. Prior to this, she worked at Steria between 2006 and 2013, as the IT Director for Steria’s Group Industrialized Service Lines and Group CIO. During this time, Karine was also a member of the Group Executive Committee.
 
Between 2003 and 2006, Karine was Operation Vice President, ICT Europe, and South for the Alcatel Group. Karine began her career at NCR in 1998 where she became Head of the Outsourcing Business Unit and General Manager of the EMEA Service Business Unit.
 
Karine holds three master’s degrees – Marketing and European Management, Economic Sciences, and European Economics – from Middlesex University London, Nantes University (France) and Paris School of Business respectively.
