This is a great project that we wanted to launch as soon as possible with Capgemini and it was really a winning project. Since the ideation of the project until the delivery, all completed in just seven months – today , the “Click and Collect” is available in all our shops.

The introduction of Duarte further strengthened Portugal Duty Free’s innovation strategy. By leveraging Agentforce’s AI capabilities, Portugal Duty Freenow offers a scalable, intelligent service layer that enhances customer interaction, supports multilingual engagement, and prepares the organization for future omnichannel expansion. 

Close collaboration with Portugal Duty Free, ANA and ARI teams ensured that decisions were made quickly and effectively, enabling successful delivery within the strict concession timeline. The agile delivery model not only accelerated implementation but also upskilled Portugal Duty Free’s teams in digital operations and agile methodologies, laying the foundation for future innovation. 

Outcomes 

The project introduced Portugal’s first Click & Collect duty-free experience, elevating Portugal Duty Free’s market positioning and enhancing passenger convenience. Delivered on time and on budget, the solution was recognized at Agentforce World Tour Lisbon as an innovative live case study.
