GSA COE BPA Award

McLean, VA (July 31, 2019) – Capgemini Government Solutions, a member of the Capgemini global family of companies, a leader in consulting and technology services, has been awarded a new multiple-award blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to support the government-wide Centers of Excellence (CoE). The CoE program, a partnership initiative between the General Services Administration (GSA) and the White House Office of American Innovation, accelerates IT modernization by leveraging private sector innovation and government services while centralizing best practices and expertise.

Capgemini Government Solutions was selected as one of the vendors eligible to provide discovery and assessment services for Cloud Adoption and IT Infrastructure Optimization on the three year CoE Discovery BPA.

“This BPA will provide GSA and its agency partners with the much-needed flexibility and agility to rapidly access cloud adoption and IT optimization expertise,” commented Capgemini Government Solutions CEO Doug Lane.   “We look forward to leveraging our extensive experience and commercial best practices in this space to support GSA and its agency partners in achieving their modernization objectives.”

According to GSA, the BPA awardees have demonstrated “a fundamental understanding of the challenges—and solutions—facing IT modernization efforts.” The CoE Discovery BPA is available to federal agencies eligible to order from the GSA Schedules.
