Tell me about your career journey and how you ended up at Capgemini.

My career has always been driven by a passion for connecting people with opportunities and building inclusive workplaces. Over the years, I’ve worked across diverse industries, leading talent acquisition strategies that focus on both business impact and candidate experience.

When I learned about Capgemini’s commitment to diversity, innovation, and creating a culture where everyone can thrive, I knew it aligned perfectly with my values. Joining Capgemini gave me the platform to influence global hiring strategies and champion initiatives that truly make a difference

What does a day in your life look like in your current role?

No two days are the same! My role involves balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership. I spend time collaborating with business leaders to understand workforce needs, mentoring my team, and driving initiatives that enhance our employer brand.

A big part of my day is focused on creating an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring our hiring practices reflect our commitment to inclusivity. I also carve out time for innovation, exploring new tools and approaches to make our processes smarter and more agile.

What’s been your biggest achievement at Capgemini so far?

Hosting the first Capgemini Canada Explore and TechHER Forward (Women in Tech) event was a defining moment for me. It wasn’t just about organizing an event, it was about creating a space for connection, learning, and engagement across the company. The incredible support from leadership and collaboration with talented teams made it a success. It reinforced our culture of inclusivity and teamwork and showed me the impact we can create when we work together.

What’s the most exciting initiative you’ve worked on, and why?

One initiative that stands out is leading programs that embed diversity and inclusion into our hiring strategies. For me, it’s not about ticking boxes, it’s about creating equal access to opportunities and empowering people to bring their authentic selves to work. These programs have a ripple effect: they strengthen collaboration, foster innovation, and build a sense of belonging. Seeing that transformation happens is incredibly rewarding.

What things do you outside your everyday job to stay engaged at Capgemini?

Outside of my everyday role, I actively contribute to initiatives that foster engagement and inclusion at Capgemini. I’m an active member of Women@Capgemini, where I’m currently leading a Women in Tech event to highlight female leadership in technology. Additionally, I serve as a steering committee member for the PAIR (Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations) program, which promotes fairness, accessibility, inclusion, and respect in our engagement with Indigenous communities across Canada. These initiatives allow me to connect with colleagues globally, champion meaningful change, and help build a culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
