Capgemini Legal Work Experience 2024

Capgemini’s Legal Work Experience Programme is a hybrid programme designed for students who live within a commutable distance to our London office. However, we welcome applications from students across the UK. The hybrid experience will consist of some virtual work and some time spent in our Holborn office and a well-known Law firm! This is the perfect, authentic way to experience the working world as it is right now.

Who can apply?

This week has been crafted for students who are seriously considering a career in law and it’s ideal for year 12 students. We’d particularly like to hear from young people in underrepresented groups meeting the PRIME criteria (Students – PRIME (primecommitment.co.uk)) who are interested in the legal profession and our own technology sector. We are open to all young people and hope we’ll have a diverse and committed group to work with.

  • Please note that we have a fun, challenging and jam-packed week scheduled so attendance for all days is mandatory and must be supported by the student’s school. Wednesday and Thursday will be in-person days in London.

The Application Process

Applications are submitted via a Digital Form on our application system HireVue for all programmes. You do not need a CV!

Places are highly sought after so, please demonstrate your interest and enthusiasm. We also love to hear how you interact with others from school sports or clubs to volunteering to looking after siblings and engaging in your community, so keep that in mind!

It’s important to us to offer places to a diversity of young people, who will contribute to the richness of the event, so if you think you’ll add to the diversity of our experience please tell us!

Deadline

The deadline for Legal programme applications is midnight on January 14th, 2024. We look forward to opening our doors and virtual spaces and welcoming you to Capgemini in 2024!

We are aiming to aiming to shortlist within three weeks from the closing date. You should expect to hear whether or not you have made the shortlist from around the 5th February.  We will be in touch a few weeks after with the final offers.
