From the beginning, you’ll kick off on the ‘GetINSPIRED’ programme – a week-long introduction to Capgemini and the Early & Emerging Talent community. During this first week, you will meet inspiring individuals, witness our team dynamics, and explore the stimulating projects that will influence your career. We are committed to supporting all our apprentices in developing their personal brand and exploring innovative thinking methods that will drive the solutions we deliver to our clients. 

At Capgemini, we have been running apprenticeships for nearly 15 years and currently have over 1300 of our Early & Emerging Talent community undertaking more than 40 programme streams across the business.  

Join us as an apprentice and you’ll have a permanent paid role with opportunities to increase your pay year-on-year alongside studying for a degree.     Our Apprenticeship Programmes

    • Duration: Approx. 3 years 
    • Candidates will need 5 GCSE’s Grade 4/C and above including English and Maths. 
    • 12-week bootcamp at Sheffield Hallam University 
    • Obtain a bachelor’s degree
