Capgemini kicks off its dedicated ‘week of innovation networks’ series across the globe

CWIN2017 celebrates Capgemini’s 50 years of innovation in 24 cities and 14 countries, September 25-29

Paris, September 22, 2017 – Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing services, today announced its annual Capgemini Week of Innovation Networks (CWIN), a series of events to be held in 24 cities across 14 countries from September 25-29. CWIN 2017 will bring together Capgemini’s world class Innovation experts with clients, partners, architects, start-ups and business and IT Leaders to discuss trends in technology, applied innovation and the creation of sustainable business value.

In its eighth year, CWIN 2017 will  also be a special celebration of Capgemini’s 50 years of innovation journey with more than 200 sessions delivered on key technology trends that are transforming business through digital transformation, including sustainable applied innovation, artificial intelligence (AI) and data insights, intelligent process automation (IPA), mixed reality and user experience, digital manufacturing, blockchain and cybersecurity.

CWIN 2017 will host flagship events in four cities, each of these will also be live streamed on YouTube and Periscope:

  • New York (25th) – This event will open with special keynotes from Lanny Cohen, Capgemini Group Chief Technology and Innovation Officer and Member of the Group Executive Committee, and Mark Payne, Co-Founder and President of Farenheit 212
  • Paris (26th) – This event will be focused on data, organized at the CNIT (Centre des Nouvelles Industries et Technologies) in La Defense
  • Telford, UK (27th) – This event will focus on the public sector and will be coupled with a full day hackathon challenge
  • Toulouse, France (28th) – This will be the biggest event of the week with a special CTO day and hackathon challenge
