Rob Walker

Rob joined Capgemini as Managing Director of the UK Business Unit in September 2024. As Managing Director, he is responsible for leading the company’s business growth strategy, delivering the UK business financial performance and ensuring delivery on client commitments.  

Prior to Capgemini, Rob spent 25 years at EY helping clients improve the efficiency of their businesses using emerging technologies and digital capabilities. In 2021, he joined Cognizant as Managing Director of the UK & Ireland business. Moving to become President of Global Growth Markets, he played an integral part in helping to globalise Cognizant’s business, growing the company’s revenue across targeted geographies and accelerating growth in digital internationally.

Throughout his career, Rob has consistently driven growth and revitalised performance, all while successfully building and leading highly effective teams.

Outside of Capgemini, Rob sits on the UK’s Professional Business Services Council.
