Our Financial Services Strategic Business Unit (FSSBU) focuses on key financial services domains, such as banking, capital markets, insurance, and wealth and asset management.

The focus of your role

Your role will vary throughout the graduate programme. You’ll work in our banking practice, delivering strategic core banking business solutions as well as more technology-focussed services such as software selection, implementation, testing and deployment. You could be defining client business or technology requirements, formulating programme or project delivery plans, or working with a range of onshore and offshore teams to deliver overall solutions to clients.

What you’ll do 

  • Contribute to the delivery of business-critical technology solutions to clients across the Financial Services industry.
  • Work on long-term, highly complex projects, developing in-depth knowledge across businesses, technologies and industries.
  • Develop your client and technology skills through our FSSBU graduate training programme.
