Our services

  • Shape the Architecture: Translating the business vision into a technology solution using a customer centric approach and develop the transition roadmap
  • Business Architecture: Enabling digital transformation using the business architecture aligned to the business strategy focussing on rapid value realisation
  • Assure Solution Delivery: Governing the solution delivery, minimising technical debt and de-risk the delivery
  • Establish Architecture Capability: Establish the architecture function, upskill the customer’s architects to govern and manage digital solutions
  • Support Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve architecture and establish a continuous improvement process

We are looking for

  • Consulting or advisory experience with a focus on solution architecture, enterprise architecture, business architecture, emerging technologies, and agile ways of working
  • Experience in driving end-to-end digital architecture MVP design and delivery, from roadmap development to governance model design in a fast-paced client engagement setting

Additional skills:

  • Any business, enterprise, or solution architecture certification relevant in the industry (AWS Certified Solution Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Axelos ITIL Master certification)
  • Understanding of the different clouds available in the market, their differences, how they integrate to business application landscape, and fit to new IT delivery models
  • Be familiar with agile ways of working and agile product delivery models or frameworks to be able to deliver efficiently and transfer expertise to peers and clients
  • Be familiar with business analysis, capturing requirements and conceptualising the interface between business and technology
