Similarly, supply chain agility is no new concept and has long been seen as essential in increasing business responsiveness, but 75% of consumer products firms report facing difficulties when needing to quickly increase or decrease production capacity. Thus, while adopting these four features may seem like common sense, implementing them effectively into supply chains can sometimes be harder than it seems.
