Capgemini Consulting has become a member of the Tax Incentivised Savings Association (TISA), a membership association representing the interests of over 145 member firms involved in the supply and distribution of savings and investment products and services. TISA, promoting sound and objective policy and regulation, aims to highlight the increasing need for digital development. Initiatives such as digital signatures demonstrate its focus on technology and how it needs to be integrated with customer experience.
Rod Bryson, Principal (Wealth, Long Term Savings and Insurance) at Capgemini Consulting, commented: “We are already very successful in supporting a wide range of banking and insurance clients, and we are also committed to supporting long-term savings and wealth clients across the banking, insurance and asset management sectors.
“2015 has been an important year for us to develop our presence in this sector and we see TISA being a core component of this. Our membership demonstrates our commitment to supporting our clients while participating actively in leading sector thinking and development. This aligns to the core expertise of Capgemini Consulting: to support our clients, whether it’s innovation of their customer and analytics capability, or transformation of their customer and digital experience and processes.”
“We have made key hires in 2015 with deep expertise in long-term savings, wealth and the advice sector, and we see this as an important element of our financial services capability,” says Alan Walker, Head of Financial Services at Capgemini Consulting. “We’ve seen the Retail Distribution Review, Retirement Freedoms and the continued customer and regulatory driven change impacting customers, digital propositions and processes. The financial services sector will require continued change to improve efficiency, reduce costs and drive improved customer engagement, particularly across multiple channels. Based on our depth and breadth of experience of multi-channel processes and technology, we believe we can help clients in the sector to accelerate their transformation and drive business success, working as part of TISA.”
Adam Hodgkins, Head of Member Engagement at TISA, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Capgemini as a TISA member and the undoubted contribution they will make to our Policy Councils, Committees and Working Groups. TISA is unique in bringing together all participants in the savings and investment industry for the good of the consumer, those participants and ultimately UK plc. Having representation from a professional services firm such as Capgemini once again shows the diversity of our membership. “
