Women in technology

Want to work where you can be yourself?

Women are key to shaping the future of the digital economy, whether in technology, business, or client-facing roles. Capgemini has launched an ambitious program focused on improving female representation in recruiting, providing mentoring opportunities, and supporting women at key moments in their professional and personal lives. We have committed to having women make up 40 percent of our workforce by the end of 2025, and to have 30 percent female representation on our executive leadership teams. Currently, one-third of our vice president-level promotions and new hires are women. Are you ready to join our team and get the future you want?

How we’re supporting our women personally and professionally

Capgemini is committed to creating a more gender-balanced workforce and supporting women at all levels of our organization

Empowering inclusive leadership

Helping you get the future you want is our people promise. There are many ways to grow at Capgemini. We support our employees throughout their career journeys, as well as their personal journeys, by providing opportunities for learning, training, development, and mentorship.

Accelerating gender equality

Our Employee Resource Groups bring together communities of passionate colleagues with shared interests and identities – working together to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace and society. You can connect with any of our ERGs, including Women@Capgemini and Raising Capgemini, and find your support community.

Enhanced benefits

We understand the importance of family and offer a wide range of benefits and programs that will support you and your family needs. Based on feedback from our employees, we improved policies for paid parental leave, surrogacy, infertility and miscarriage, back-up child and elder care, out of state medical travel, and support for endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, and menopause.

Rewards and recognition

We acknowledge high-performing and high-achieving women through a series of awards: Women of the Future, Capgemini Parent of the Year, CSR Awards, and our ERG Awards.
