Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

My role as a business analyst at Capgemini involves working with clients to understand their business needs, identifying gaps in their processes, and providing solutions that meet their requirements. A typical day involves attending meetings with clients, conducting workshops to gather requirements, and collaborating with team members to design and implement solutions.

My days are also dynamic and fast-paced, requiring me to be professional, adaptable, and resilient as we navigate challenges and complex issues. The beauty of my job is that no two days are alike, and I truly enjoy the variety that comes with it.

What has been the most exciting thing during your time with us?

Every day is an opportunity to learn something new. My team comprises of talented individuals who come from different backgrounds and cultures, and each person has a unique skill set. Working with them was truly invigorating, and I learned a lot by working alongside them.
