Capgemini and its university receive 2014 innovation award for inspiring leadership development

03 Jun 2014

Capgemini University was singled out for its large-scale learning model which allowed four leadership programs to be experienced by over 4,500 unique participants. Delivering leadership programs through its Facilitated Learning Journey Framework enables Capgemini to offer flexible self-study, while also allowing its executive leaders, people/line managers, or junior leaders to be accompanied and supported by peers and subject matter experts, through weekly live sessions.

“We are proud to honor Capgemini for their accomplishments in utilizing learning technology to drive performance, deliver business value and maximize employee engagement,” said Jerry Nine, Chief Operating Officer of Skillsoft. “We are happy to work with an organization that truly values the benefits of learning and strives to fully integrate it within its culture.”

Dr. Regis Chasse, Curriculum Department Director at Capgemini University said: “We are delighted to receive this award which recognizes how we have successfully integrated learning into our culture. The award reinforces our commitment to develop the competencies and capabilities of our people whom we see as the main asset of Capgemini.”

Skillsoft is a pioneer in the field of learning with a long history of innovation. Annually it honors select companies for their significant achievements in corporate learning and development, recognizing innovative ideas, and inspiring leaders who are helping to transform the learning landscape.
